My name is Glen Davis, and I am a proud Rock Island native. At 53 years old, I stand before you with transparency, shaped by both my successes and my mistakes. I come from a family of entrepreneurs and military servants. However, I am committed and I firmly believe that our past does not define us—our actions do and  mistakes can be our greatest teachers, and they have made me stronger.

Now, I am committed to giving back to the community I have taken from for too long. If elected as your 7th Ward Alderman, I will lead by honesty—not just with words, but with deeds. I will create a dedicated account where my alderman salary will directly go back into Rock Island, funding projects, and its success that I will personally complete.

Imagine our parks with fresh mulch, playgrounds with new sand, fences repaired, and public spaces revitalized. I have hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, landscaping, and more. I will purchase materials, load up my truck, and do the work myself—no bureaucracy, no waiting, just action.
